Invisalign Clear Aligners Near You
Invisalign straightens teeth with a series of clear, removable aligners instead of metal brackets and wires. Each set moves your teeth a small amount. You change to the next set at home every one to two weeks, send weekly photo check-ins from home, and come in for office visits when your treatment plan calls for them.
Manchester Dental provides Invisalign from our clinic at 120 Street and 107 Avenue in central Edmonton. Most people who come to us want to fix crowding, gaps or a bite that has shifted, without wearing braces to work. The consultation tells you plainly whether Invisalign is a good fit, how long it is likely to take, and what it will cost. Nothing starts until you have that in writing.

What Invisalign Can Treat
Clear aligners now handle most of the problems that used to need braces:
- Crowded or overlapping teeth
- Gaps between teeth
- Teeth that shifted after earlier braces
- Mild to moderate overbite, underbite and crossbite
- Open bite, where the front teeth do not meet
Some cases are better suited to braces or to an orthodontist. Our dentists will say so at the consultation and refer you if that is the right call.

Why Patients Choose Clear Aligners
Hard to notice. Clear plastic that sits close to the teeth. Most people will not see them.
Removable. Out for meals, brushing and flossing. No food rules, no wires to clean around.
Fewer visits. Aligner changes and weekly photo check-ins happen at home. Office visits are scheduled around your treatment, not a fixed calendar.
Comfortable edges. Smooth plastic, no brackets. A day or two of pressure after each new set is normal and means the teeth are moving.
Planned in advance. The digital plan shows the expected outcome before you commit and sets the number of aligners and the timeline.
Adults and teens. Works for adults at any age with healthy teeth and gums, and for teens once their adult teeth are in.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does Invisalign take?
It depends on how far the teeth need to move. Minor crowding or spacing can finish in a few months. More involved cases take a year or longer. You get an expected timeline at the consultation based on your scan.
How much does Invisalign cost in Edmonton?
Cost depends on the number of aligners your plan needs. We give you a written estimate at the consultation, before you commit. Many insurance plans with orthodontic coverage contribute, and we offer in-house, interest-free payment plans.
Does Invisalign hurt?
Most people feel pressure for a day or two after starting each new set of aligners. That is the teeth moving. It usually settles quickly and does not need more than an over-the-counter pain reliever, if anything.
Do I have to wear the aligners all day?
Yes. Aligners work when they are on your teeth, and the plan assumes 20 to 22 hours a day. Take them out to eat, to drink anything other than water, and to brush and floss.
Am I too old for Invisalign?
No. Adults of any age can be treated as long as their teeth and gums are healthy. Many of our Invisalign patients are in their 40s, 50s and beyond.
Can teenagers get Invisalign?
Yes, once their adult teeth have come in. Teen aligners include wear indicators so parents and the dentist can see the aligners are being worn enough.
What happens after treatment?
You wear retainers to hold the teeth in their new positions. Our dentists will tell you how often. Retainers are part of the treatment, not an optional extra.
Is Invisalign covered by insurance?
Some plans include orthodontic coverage that applies to Invisalign, often with a lifetime maximum. Bring your plan details to the consultation and we will check what it covers and bill the insurer directly where we can.
